Using EasyCRM
Everything you need to work in the portal day to day. No administration, and no assumption that you know anything about Salesforce.
If you are new
Read these two, in order. They take about five minutes together and cover most of what you will do.
- Signing in — getting in, and what to do when your password is refused.
- Getting around — the bar across the top, which is the same on every page.
Then come back here when you need something specific.

Why you cannot see something
Two separate things decide what appears:
- Permissions — what you may do: read, create, edit, delete.
- Sharing — which records you may do it to.
You need both. If a tab opens but the list is empty, you have permission without sharing. If the tab is missing entirely, it is turned off for you.
Neither is something you can change yourself. See What you can see, and ask your administrator — they can check exactly who has access to any record, and why.
